The issue of CAA is rumbling across some so far Hindi oriented regions in India. I too had prompts to comment on this but I guess I will leave the political issues for the political Parties to discuss. But on the contrary, I also thought of analyzing the Hindu-Muslim rift in India. This also attaches with my previous comments, some of which are also included in my book. All in all, I would only reiterate a demand to orient and reinstate own our land, our country, as per the Principles of our existence, which we decide, in total knowledge and assessment, i.e. without the inhibitions of the 'Period of Darkness' and politics of supremacy and any foreign interference in that should be stopped immediately and compensated voluminously.  IPYadav

    In this post I wish to bring to your notice the core issues which may impact us (Indian Society) in the coming months. What’s so inquisitive about it? Well, after ‘Notebandi’, ‘GST’, ‘Dhoni’, ‘DDLJ’, ‘Book Money / Black Money’, ‘Elections 2019’, ‘Traffic fines’, ‘cricket world cup and other gaming’, ‘Elections of Haryana and Maharashtra and their after-events’, etc. I am sure everyone finds himself prone to Modinomics and their impact upon India.

    Recently, I was reading a newspaper (The Times Of India, if you are inquisitive about it) and these headlines attracted my attention for the simple reason stated above. And I thought I should share my mind-sparks with my readers. I have taken a picture of that and attaching it here for you all to adjudge yourself.

     As you can see, the issues of concern are (1) curbing Foreign firms involvement in strategic areas, (2) BCCI under Saurav Ganguly moves to dilute Lodha Panel reforms, (3) India not joining RCEP and Japan, (4) Maharashtra - projects being reviewed, (5) Airtel, Voda and other telecom companies to raise prices, (6) Season’s first Sub-10 degree, ‘may get colder’, (7) GST ‘mop-up’ in Nov touches seven month high, (8) Times ‘Litfest’, etc.   IPYadav

      Celebrities are a way of modern world. The very fact that they influence upon the masses as well as the individuals, makes them celebrities. The varied influence they create accounts towards their Star value and their commercial value or status/image value. They all have their influence niche and yet there are individuals and masses who don’t get influenced at all by any of the celebrities!

     Celebrities are celebrated individuals who influence upon the masses as well as the individuals. A good socializing individual may become friend with many others and be cherished, sought after and adored by many of them but he would be lacking mass appeal. And a good commander or leader can lead the masses with their inspiring speeches, views, plans and image but doesn’t reach down to the individual’s life. But Celebrities, by the nature of their work, are appealing to the masses and, by the nature of their on-screen or off-screen lifestyle, are identifiable as one of our type individuals. So, they are followed and practiced in style, acts, by their words, dos and don'ts by their words, living and glam, simply conversed about, openly discussed and criticized, loved, adored and aspired to be like them.

     But their influence varies upon various masses and individuals. And it’s also dependent upon niche and intellect. So, the people working or living in a particular field are influenced by on-screen or off-screen roles or lifestyles of that field. This helps them in their commercial value as they gather masses for that niche products. Similarly, kids and young people with a developing mind also get interested in screen life as they get a ready platter of various varieties as well as gossips and reactive instances to keep themselves up to date with their own real life experiences.Then the variety of interest and the consequent influences also impact in various ways upon the economic classes and social classes. So the lower classes stick to the language, cast, caste and class, they watch them in awe. The lower Middle Classes rely on them as a source of information and learning and go way out to spend money on these kinds of lifestyles. The upper Middle Class have many more resources of information and learning and they start analyzing them critically. This is where Celebrities become different from leaders and commanders. If these get wrong analysis, they fail. But if celebrities get wrong, they strive further and have a chance to succeed just like all of us in our life. For the Rich Class and established Social Persons, celebrities are a media to convey their views to the people. The better and the more accurate a celebrity is, the more pay packet he gets.

   One of the modern trends is that celebrities are acting or directly/indirectly speaking out the stories, politics, business deals, etc. going around in this world or in the cyber-world or in the meta-world. And since the common people are lacking such reach of eyes and ears or even the well established people are not able to be aware about all the various cyber worlds or the meta-world or the ground-zero facts, the celebrities become the ready and noticeable source of such information. Naturally, the more accurate they are, the more following they get and the more they and their co-business people earn. The bad aspect of this is that a big celebrity may knowingly or unknowingly promote wrong or inaccurate information and maybe used for such purpose until the inaccuracy is discovered. Such chances have given the gossip world and social media a new frontier for cross-firing. When each party tries to prove themselves correct. This has become the modern make or break reason of our world's personalities.

    But as the individual’s intellectual grows, he starts thinking about wider number of fields and then the niche influence diminishes. Similarly, other niche influencers also start influencing him but only to a limited extent. Eventually, this influence gets limited to just knowing about what they (celebrities) are saying or showing or maybe nil altogether. Obviously, if he can think better about his life’s style, acts, by their words, dos and don'ts by their words, living, glam, etc. then why would he look upon somebody else? So the celebrity influence nullifies or modifies with the intellectual or economic stature. Here, the commercial celebrities perish and only celebrities of status/image survive.   IPYadav

It seems the people reading about IPY Network are either previously oriented to think or happen to opine that IPY Networks is some kind of MLM marketing scheme. It is absolutely not so and I have not even taken any registration for MLM marketing company.

    In fact, IPY Networks is just a Group of like-minded people, either wholly or in a limited way. These will be classed among the members depending upon their purpose of interest in IPYadav's Comments or business and cooperation with other members. Therefore, to join the IPY Networks at out-most Class, there are no obligations and as we involve further, the obligations towards each other increase just as in a mutual friendship. All in the mutual friends circle grows to form social circles or societies.

Are Ruling Party People Becoming Protesters

    Are Ruling Party People becoming Protesters? While there are widespread protests worldwide against the exigencies of the Rulers or the Ruling Party by the common people of a Nation, it seems the Ruling Party has shifted their stance of using guns upon them to creating uproar and protests by their followers. This is a totally agonizing situation where the Ruling Party indulges in using their power of majority to subvert the minority either internally or on a worldwide scale. This is totally averse to humanity and fundamental Rights of human beings. This is also a shameful etiquette by the Rulers, totally demeaning faith, principles, honor, uprighteousness, authority, etc.
    After all, if it is a business of Rulers to play games and stories and use powers to exercise their Rule, then it is a Right of common men to ask questions about wrongs and protest if they are unheard. Even exigencies upon human beings is itself questionable and Ruling Party has to openly clarify their support to any such happening or take steps to stop it if they don't support it. And instead of clarifying their acts and their stand about such happenings, if they try to withstand with their followers, then it is simply pathetic. Even in logical terms, it is wrong. Suppose a Ruler is making a mistake then all his followers also become prone to such mistake. In that case, even if they hold majority, they all will be on the wrong track. Justice doesn't see majority. Majority can win only in doubtful cases. But where a Wrong is clear as crystal, the whole majority will become wrong and punishable for Wrong as well as for wrongful use of force. So, showdown with majority by the Ruling Party is illogical. Instead, they should face the opponents and get their misunderstandings clarified.
Note: I will again stress upon the fact that the common men have a Right to question and clarify about anything wrong happening with them and that too without paying any price for it. After all, being a Ruler, the Ruler takes the smarter position in any game or story. But that doesn't mean that he starts forfeiting the common men and their Rights. Or is it that a mean Ruler demeans principles, authority, uprighteousness, etc.?  IPYadav

    Similar incidents have happened before in Russia, Somalia, France, Chile, Brazil and many other places. Our very own 'Baba Ramdev incident' is also reminisced annually. And all this is happening in democracy where elected leaders have resorted to guns to subvert the protesters.
     Then there are many nations where people take to illegal guns, either in underworld or as terrorism, all in the name of survival, safeguarding of interests, independence of clan or protecting own people and own religion. But little do they know about politics, co-existence and competition on Earth or within a Nation and games people play with their sentiments and their situations.
     Even in developed countries like USA and UK, protests about one or other worldwide issues are becoming an almost daily news but how much does it affect the concerned authorities and their policies. While a Democratic President talks and acts about DDLJ, proudly ransacks huge bounty and gets away, a Republican President is held back with judicial inquiries and impeachment motions by the same Democrats! What a law in USA? And UK is eager to subvert everything and forge ahead of everybody else. Where PM May failed, PM Major barges through (similarity intended to a hefty bullying person). This puts all the five permanent members of the security council (and holding Veto power) in the dark as arrogant, rude, bullying, subverting and forceful controllers of the world. What direction will UN give to the world?     IPYadav

=>   I suppose the basic reasoning behind this is the secret politics that leaders indulge in and stick to their acts based upon uprighteousness as per such secret politics. So instead of judging what is right or wrong in their policies, they resort to defy the reasoning and thinking of so many protesters with the help of guns. Little do they think that a policy review and discussion is required and not the gun-totting police. After all, what use is such democracy where a majority group rules over a minority group or where a bunch of fools sit as secret game players and squander away humans and humanity. Even a good Monarch takes care of his men. Problems happen only when crooked mentalities or a bunch of fools start gaining eminence and evil powers start 'making use of them'.    IPYadav

About a post on ShareChat where questions are raised about breaching Traffic laws for 1. Seatbelts 2. Helmets 3. Traffic lights 4. PUC and Insurance in India
=> 1. In India high speeding is possible only on highways. So fastening seat belts becomes a wasteful exercise.
2. Usually, the mischievous and playful youth age, forgetting and slow speeds are the three reasons for not wearing a helmet. And all three are unstoppable.
3. Mischievous and playful youth age and uselessness (e.g. stopping at red light even when there is no cross traffic) are the reasons. And traffic system is not able to stop the first one and it's useless to stop the second one.
4. The dates for PUC and Insurance come up in six months and one year and nowadays even anniversaries and birthdays are usually reminded by Social sites. And that too can be forgotten due to preoccupation, workload, difficulties and depressions. Then land up in jail for three months?  IPYadav

Hi everybody, it's a long time since my last post. Many reasons like no Readers and lack of interest, no inspiration, out of station and heavily tensed with other issues, no likers / followers / comments and therefore no business, high pace of events and actions giving this thought that it would be better to be quiet and watch further, etc. Here, I wish to present a 'Part View' of two Posts that I plan, one about Cricket and other about a Cyberquote. Read on to know about these.
     But first, I want to talk about an interesting occurrence. Yesterday, I had opened my Blogger site and saw that there there was one viewer everyday. If it's the same person everyday, or if some few persons are opening my page regularly, then why not contact me by email. I would like to know personally such persons. And maybe I can give some personalized consultations.
     And then I had cancelled my plan to make a post - lack of inspiration and interest. But today, I had refined my post further and I prepared to post it. So I opened my Blogger site and I was surprised to see that there have been 18 visitors today! That means these visitors got some information that I had opened my Blogger and prepared for a new post! Wow! Then why not subscribe to my blog?
     Subscribing is going to be very useful as you can get more serious posts through your email. More valuable information can be sent to paid subscribers, you can become a part of my CRM and more keen persons and business seekers can get direct consultations about various topics. 110619 Cricket Comments By IPYadav

    Today's World Cup match (but India vs New Zealand is on Thursday!) is getting washed off. So I was working on my laptop and thought I will post my observations about the past two matches that India played.
    This Indian team has a little too many players with scarce experience. Looks like our selectors got caught on the wrong foot while planning and preparing for the World Cup. (Without any intention of attributing fault upon anyone, could it be rolling into the Modi-era after Dhoni left Captaincy. and I have every intention of referring to my Comment about News events of that time and new additions to it in my book 'Comments And Communications').
    So if a tussle is going on, then no wonder that when I was watching Sunday's match, and I usually didn't care about cricket matches before the world cup, that I suddenly felt as if a loom rose from the opposite horizon and engulfed the cricket cyber including me and consequently our batsmen lost their presence off mind on the field and started showing symptoms of unawareness about various active processes on the field. Even I had similar unawareness about my activities while watching the match on the TV. I wonder who all and how many people got affected at that time. But after that, Team India lost wickets and then while fielding neither did their bowlers had finishing sharpness, nor did their fielders had professional execution. In fact, the first wicket was a run out from a chance occurrence. After experiencing the kinds of bettings in Cricket and their outcomes and final results, (which is why I stayed away from Cricket and Cricket matches) could it be that another similar setting is being concocted. And have I put my head into it. Rest of the work can be done by the loom.
Whatever it may be, fortunately we won that Sunday match. Next Sunday it is vs Pakistan.  IPYadav
     After describing the above experience, I think I will write about batting, bowling, fielding observations in my next blogs.
     But here before finishing, I will just mention a small question. I saw it on the TV screen saying "Smith vs Wrist Spin" Shouldn't it be actually "Surrra vs Wrist Spin"? Ponder over it and discuss it. More about it later on.   IPYadav

240519 Quoting 'Real Indians Are Forever'

      The election mandate is out and the widespread declaration is that 'Nationalism' is the number one issue in everybody's mind. And here I would like to quote my phrase 'Real Indians Are Forever' which I had coined for naming a Facebook group with this kind of assertion. Unfortunately, I never got any likes or comments and my viewership remained very low. So I kept this tag pending but I always had this feeling that cyberspace gets abuzz with whatever ideas I express and the election mandate is a precipitation of similar perceptions in cyberspace.
      Here, I would like to congratulate the winners and hope better events in the coming five years.
      And, personally, I would also like to thank all those readers of my Comments and Communications who have been impressed with my writings and promoted my perspectives far and wide. So what if electronic media manipulates their program to subvert me and many others like me from their deserved likes and comments, praises and criticism, recognition and fame and above all acceptance of ideas and views; the precipitation is soothing and inspiring.

About Indiya, Pakistaan, etc.

    These are aberrations which actually indicate that right here within Indian borders, we are having people who support Pakistan and other people who support India, while allowing these opponents right within the borders of India. So, it’s actually Indian citizens who are divided into ‘Indiya’, ‘Pakistaan’, ‘Chinasthan’, ‘Inglishtan’ etc. and such is their frame of mind that they are not bothered that they are fundamentally Indian citizens and still living within Indian borders. Again a blunder of ‘wise heads’ who were quick to grab the prime positions and then to control the Indian Society, they started cooking up stories and assigning the people their rightful place. The whole country fell into the trap and started forming subdivisions and sticking faithfully to their subdivision leader, forgetting about the Real India and Real Indian leaders. Some folly these Real India leaders played to make a fool of everyone!?  IPYadav

    ये अशुद्ध शब्द हैं जो ये दर्शाने के लिए हैं कि यहीं इण्डिया की सीमाओं में ऐसे लोग हैं जो पाकिस्तान का पक्ष लेते हैं जबकी अन्य लोग इण्डिया का पक्ष लेते हैं और ऐसे विपक्षीयों को सहन भी करते हैं। तो असली में इण्डिया के नागरिक ही ‘इनडिया’, ‘पाकीसतान’, ‘चाइनासतान’, ‘इन्गलिसतान’, इत्यादि में बँटे हुए हैं और उनकी मानसिक दशा भी कुछ ऐसी है कि वे इस बात का विचार नहीं करते की वे मूलतः इण्डिया के नागरिक हैं और अभी इण्डिया की सीमाओं में रह रहे हैं। फिर से ‘अति बुद्धी वालों’ का काण्ड, जो जल्दी-जल्दी बढिया ओहदों पर कब्जा करके और तत्पश्चात इण्डिया के समाज को नियन्त्रित करने के लिए कहानियाँ पकाने लगे और जनसाधारण को उनकी सही जगह बाँटने लगे। समूचा देश उनकी चाल में फँसने लगा और विभिन्न वर्ग बनाने लगे और अपने-अपने वर्ग के नेता के प्रति निष्ठावान होकर मूल इण्डिया और मूल इण्डिया के नेताओं को भूलने लगे। ये मूल इण्डिया के नेताओं ने भी कुछ गलती की कि सभी लोगों का उल्लू बना दिया!?   IPYadav
