On-Campus Prospecting Organisations:
    Government should promote licensed on-campus prospecting companies or organisations commanded or spearheaded by prominent educationists and achievers and sponsored and employed by various companies and future prospects for bright students and start a work and learn methodology to eliminate many a woes of unemployment, hunting around for jobs and transformation from education stage to employment stage.     सरकार को लाइसेन्स (अधिकृतदिए हुए कैम्पस (महाविध्यालय का प्रांगनपर भर्ती करने वाले ऐसे कम्पनियों या ऑर्गनाइजेशन्स को बढावा देना चाहिए जो जाने-माने शिक्षकों एवं कामयाब लोगों के निर्देशन या अगुवाई में कार्य करें और विभिन्न कम्पनियों या निकट भविष्य के नौकरी-दाताओँ के लिए होनहार या आवश्यकतानुसार विद्यार्थियों का चयन करें और एक काम करो और सीखो पद्वति की शुरूआत करें ताकि बेरोजगारीरोजगार हेतु भटकना और विद्यार्थी काल से रोजगार काल में परिवर्तन इत्यादि के कष्टों से मुक्त हो सकें।  IPYadav

New Add.  Unemployment is a major bane for new passouts and they spend a lot of time and energies hunting around for jobs. Also, lot of efforts go into searching for vacancies and reaching out to them for an interview. Eventually, a lot of unsuitable placements occur making future daily routines miserable. Here are suggestions to improve it:
  1. Giving license to prospecting Agencies to work on the campus for suitable talent for trainee recruitment or future recruitment.
  2. Such Agencies will be spearheaded by prominent educationists and achievers in various fields.
  3. Such Agencies will be only recruiting and placing for external Employers.
  4. Agencies own manpower will be decided and promoted by the licensing Authority. Thus Agencies will actually be owned by licensing Authority (and Government) while the manpower is distributed a salary plus commission.
  5. Agencies will receive requests for prospective vacancies, grade of educational talent and other talents as well as other employment seekers.
  6. Agencies will sort out such talent from their nearby location first and in extraordinary cases the exceptional talents.
  7. Agencies will fill up others as well into nearby vacancies. Such students can also be placed for part-time on job training as they may be least willing to study about various subjects.
  8. Exceptional talents can be groomed as per their prospective employer’s requirements including part-time jobs and advanced funding for them to get best training.
  9. For the time period of College studies and maybe for five years thereafter, the Agencies act as direct Agents for complaints by either party and provide for own guidance and Authoritative assistance in matters of such complaints.

ऐसी रोजगार एजेन्सियों को लाइसेंस (अधिकृत करनादेना जो कैम्पस (महाविध्यालय प्रांगनमें ट्रेनी (सीखने वालाभर्ती या भविष्य के रोजगार की भर्ती के लिए कार्यरत हों।
ऐसी रोजगार एजेन्सियाँ माननीय शिक्षकों एवं विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में कामयाब लोगों के द्वारा निर्देशित होंगी।
ऐसी एजेन्सियाँ सिर्फ महाविध्यालय के बाहर के रोजगारों के लिए भर्ती करेंगी।
एजेन्सी के अपने कर्मचारियों का निर्णय एवं तरक्की लाइसेंस (अधिकृत करनादेने वाले अधिकारी करेंगे। इस तरह एजेन्सियों का मालिकाना हक लाइसेंस (अधिकृत करनादेने वाले अधिकारी (और सरकारका होगा जब की कर्मचारियों के लिए वेतन और कमिशन होगा।
एजेन्सियाँ रोजगार देने वालों की आवश्यकताएँविषय निपुणता स्तर और अन्य योग्यताओं की सक्षमता एवं अन्य रोजगार इच्छुकों की सक्षमता के विषय में सूचना प्राप्त करेंगे।
एजेन्सियाँ ऐसी सक्षमताओं का तालमेल पहले नजदीकि इलाकों से करेंगे और अधिक सक्षमता के लिए उच्च कोटि के व्यवसाय एवं रोजगार का इन्तजाम करेंगे।
एजेन्सियाँ अन्य छात्रों का भी इंतजाम करेंगे। ऐसे छात्रों को पढाई के साथ-साथ पार्ट-टाईम जॉब ट्रेनिंग (आंशिक समय के लिए कार्य कौशलता का विकासका भी इंतजाम कर सकते हैं क्योंकि ऐसे छात्रों को कई विषयों को पढने में कोई रूचि नहीं होगी।
विलक्ष्ण गुण वालों को उनके भावी रोजगार देने वालों की आवश्यकतानुसार शिक्षापार्ट-टाईम जॉब एवं ट्रेनिंग तथा उच्च शिक्षा के लिए आवेदनप्रवेशआर्थिक मददइत्यादि का इंतजाम करेंगे।
महाविध्यालय में शिक्षाकाल के दौरान और संभवतः इसे उपरान्त पाँच साल तक एजेन्सियाँ दोनो पक्षों के लिए शिकायत दर्ज कराने के लिए सीधे सम्पर्क एजेन्सी होंगे और ऐसे मामलों में दोनो पक्षों को अपनी सलाह  सहायता देंगे और आवश्यकतानुसार अधिकारियों की सुनवाई कराएँगे।  IPYadav
